Someone posted the mouse ending (add jam to the cheese, use green on the mouse, use purple on the mouse), so I'll post the missing step: Before messing with the cheese and the mouse, use purple and then orange on the plant. See that little lever that was hidden behind the bird cage? Grab some cheese and stick it on there. Then you can use green on the mouse, take the spaghetti from the container, cook it, rope the bird, and use purple on it to escape.
